This is supposed to be a small group. if literally everyone participated it would be way too many battles going on and too much updating. Also you dont need to maintain this elo and gxe just achieve it once. Becoming a contender is should be an achievement. Also like a said this is all tenative and nothing is set in stone. Just an idea atm
